The staff at Greville House are trained to treat residents with the utmost respect, and to help them preserve their dignity at all times. Individuality is catered for privacy, self esteem and as near to a normal home life as possible. The residents are encouraged to be responsible for themselves, but with a careful watch for any assistance needed.

Our experienced staff are expected to devote the highest standards of care to each resident with a focus on improving Personal fulfillment, physically, intellectually, emotionally and the resident’s social well being. All our long stay residents are placed on the Electoral Register. If physically unable to vote at polling stations, they will be given the opportunity to vote by post.

Visitors will be welcomed at all times during the day.
